| · Browsers The Norgistics site has been designed for Internet Explorer 5.5 or Higher - which is available for download here. |

| · Screen Resolution The site has been designed for optimum resolution alternatives of 1024x768 or 800 x 600 pixels. Setting your PC to either of these resolutions will reduce the need to use scroll bars when interacting with the site. |

| · Screen Colours We recommend you work with colour setting of minimum 16 bits (65.536 colours). At lower settings, image quality will be significantly reduced. |

| · Internet Connection The site is best viewed using high-speed (DSL or ISDN) internet connections or, at minimum, a 56K modem |

| · Plug-ins Animated sections of the site can be viewed using Macromedia Flash. In addition, Flash improves site download speed, and graphics quality in certain applications. Flash is available for download here. |
